Bus Stops while travelling from Delhi to Punjab

Vendors at various bus stops/railway stations charge for eatable beyond their mentioned rate. The area on packets where MRP is written is blackened so that no one can complaint.

A 22 Rs cold bottle is sold for Rs 30. A packet of potato chips is sold for Rs 25 when it actual cost is Rs 20.

Why all the food inspectors, price and quality control departments employee are silent? This happens each time and everywhere - even on Delhi Kashmere Gate ISBT, New Delhi Railway Station - leave apart the stops that are traced in between Delhi and Punjab.

Who gave vendors right to sell products at such high rates? If someone ask them, why they are doing so, their answer is always same - 'Yeh Bus Stand ka rate hai, lena hai lo nahi to rehne do'. Why poor population is India is meant to suffer always? Why people are responsible for this price management are not looking at root issue? Its happening in Delhi, capital on country and I can not imagine that no one has any idea about it.

Please raise this issue for poor citizens of India
