LONG DELAY IN OPENING ONLINE DEMAT & TRADING A/C

I have approached your Ramapuram Branch on 13.01. where I am having my accounts, for opening of online trading as well as Demat A/c. When I enquired how long it will take one Mr. Manivanan, your employee told 7 working days are required. The same day he has taken signatures of all pages and my photos was needed and I told to collect from my house at Porur which is nearer to your Branch. After 4 days Mr. Manivanan called me & asked my photos (I don't know why he has asked after 4 days instead of next day) and I have given it on the next day itself. Inspite following from your branch several times and assurance given by your branch staff, till to-day i have not received the online transaction as well as Demat a/c.

Generally it is expected that private banks are more responsible in acting fast, it is very sad to inform you that you have defeated government organization in acting fast. Congratulations to your Axis Bank. If you keep it like this I am afraid that you may loose credibility from the general public which is very sad.

Finally if you are not willing to act on this, please return back the forms which I have signed latest by 04.02.2011. it is very unfortunate that I have choosen Axis Bank which I thought you will act fast.
