When I went to an electronics showroom, the salesman said that you are not eligible for loan and it is under CIBIL.What is this CIBIL?? without informing to customer, how can banks or companies put it into CIBIL.??

HOW CAN I SEARCH MY NAME CIBIL DEFAULTER'S LIST & HOW CAN I REMOVE MY NAME FROM DEFAULTER'S LIST.
