No reply of my letter of 7.11.09

Sir,

I am not getting any reply of my letter (Registered) dated 7.11.09 for closing my S.B A/C 1821. I sent one reminder on 4.12.09 that also has not been replied yet. Should I expect some action from your side or I will have to write some higher authority regarding this.
