I have lost my canara bank ATM card Aug.2009 from ulhasngar dist. thane 421 004. My saving A/c no. is 0219101053764 Branch Ulhasngar 4

I don, t Know my Card number so it is block the ATM as soon as possible. In My Saving A/c Two time Debited anybody i dont know 1) this unknown person withdraw 1000 dt.31/08 2) 13/10 withdraw rs. 5000/- pls tell me What to Do?
