Delay in giving the internet banking services

I am having two bank accounts with canara bank, paldi branch, ahmedabad.

I had applied for internet banking for those two accounts as back as on 29th november.

branch has not at all processed the application and were lying in the branch till in inquired around 7th feb.

i complained to their head office. they sent a mail to me that they are taking up the matter with their regioal office ahmedabad on 9th feb.

but i have not heard anything so far.

can you take up the matter with canarabank, head office.? i have been sending mails and not written complaint.
