False charges for under balance

I am A/c holder of SB in canara Bank since two years and also i have taken a locker A/C with them on 20-4 my A/c was debited for locker Rs662 which i was aware of but consecutively on 8-9 my A/C was again debited a sum of Rs 300 as the revised locker rent without informing me about the revised charges and because of some transaction my A/C was having the balance of Rs 1072 and as they debited the revised rent my balance grew under the minimum criteria of Rs 1000 and then on 30-9 they charge me Rs 33 as under balance which is unavoidable as the customer A/C is debited of the revised locker rent without informing him and then he is also charged with Rs 33 as the under balance.

So i request you to wave of the charges and credit my A/C with Rs 33 ..
