Chq cannot accept with out any reason

Dear Sir/Madam,

my self sunit pandey s/o late sh. arvind prasad pandey I was submitted my chq for amt Rs 100000/- in our home branch of canara bank which is situated in sector -16 rohini but the bank rejected that chq with out any reason and when I asked to branch manager the he said here your name cannot consider in this chq as per your information the name write on the chq as sunit pandey s/o late sh. arvind prasad pandey for a/c payee.

but he asked a proof for this name. when I was told him when I was opened our A/C then I was already Submitted all proofs Which you have required at time of a/c open why u asked me again and again document for proof. I am finally getting tired for this location bank service no body is working here as properly they doesn't provide any type of help for there banking process there talking sense is not good there behaviour is too rude against Sr citizen no body is happy to this branch working process. pls take any action. if u can and pls help me in the favour of my query.
