REGARDING TRANSACTION OF MONEY

This is regarding my transaction. i made transaction from uk bank to canara bank. but money didnt deposited to canara bank account. even online trasaction shows that money successfully deposited. after that i talk to bank manager but he didnt respond well and not welling to do any inquiry and take any action. manager not even showing any interest to talk as well. I am really worry about my money and i want to solve this problem as soon as possible if any one suggest me the right way i would be very thank full.
