Cancelled this amount from my statement

Dear Sir

I have receive call from your end but i have never assured to your guise charge me 5499/- in my credit card statement . person has told me you will get free of cost this card. and till now i have not receive any card/document from ur end. but you have charge me in my current statement without my permission. I informed to then to return my amount of 5499 by phone but still now i am not getting any amount from you. i am paying interest every month. I request to you kindly cancelled this amount from my statement immediate effect. otherwise i will take legal action against your company.
