Credit Card Issue

As I am not using any SBI credit card but in CIBIL record my name is there..

All I came to know when I am applying for SBI Home Loan, due to bad credit record they are not issueing my home loan. As I don't have any Credit Cards, then how come it possible.

Please give me the proper solution to resolve the issue.
