Hefty fees for poor Service

Always be aware that during the time when companies are not minting money, there are stock broker firms like Capitalvia promising to give you good returns on investment, do not be so greedy, since your greed will make you repent later.

This was my case -

1. I was fooled by their sales person, that you can get Rs 30, 000 on an average per month and you would need to pay Fees of Rs 11, 000 per month for their 24 Carat plan.

2. I was actually not convinced, but the Sales guy kept calling, giving me free service, till I lost control on my mind and made a three months payment for this service.

3. Believe me, they themselves could not provide proper stock market calls. Everyday they gave calls, the Stop Loss would get triggered. Half of the time the calls were the same as that on moneycontrol.com

4. I lost almost close to Rs 40, 000 trading in Futures and Options. This is their quality service

5. Now their policy mentions that they cannot refund money.
