They have not paid any installment till now

I have paid Rs 25, 000 plus Rs 500 for registration. They supposed to pay 30 percent of amount and 4gms of gold as reward. But it is already 3 months they have not paid even the first amount. How can I get back the money. I do not know its office. Only gave as it send all its information on the site. Now even the site is not opening.
