About loan

Hello I am Kanta Gupta applied for loan to buy a car through SBI and they kept my application pending stating the reason that I already have a pending loan of amount Rs.1, 98, 000. But I have not taken any loan from any bank yet, this is my first loan ever. My control no. is 41, 71, 55, 258 and PAN No. AGXPG6895N. So I request you to provide me a clarification on this. and give me brief information. kindly tel me from which bank, on which date, and from which account (i.e. account no.) it has been taken.
