ECS issue

I have been harrased by the magma executives in Bangalore on my Car EMI. I have activated ECS and the same has been deducted from my account for the month of Jan as per ECS. Now the executives from Magma Finance asking me to pay by cash for the month of Feb. I have sent a email to 'customercare@magma.co.in' to respond but i have not received any response from them
