Money is not refunded after cancellation

Hi Sir,

I am Ashish Joshi. I have a complaint against Card Protection Plan (CPP) India.

My Card protection plan Membership no is: IA0191619.

The CPP group operates in the people-critical assistance during they lost their credit card. They have explained many features on there website as well as when we get a call from their customer service but only one block card features is working.

I have cancel my Card Protection Plan India Membership in Feb but till now my money is not refunded. Amount of member ship is 1945/- only. I am doing continues followup with Card Protection Plan team member but till now no response from Card Protection Plan team member because of this delay i already paid late payment charges penalty of 1500/- to credit card.all unprofessional executive available in CPP all are useless top to bottom level all are same. They know how to cheat the people. Every day same answers are coming from cpp

"please wait for seven working day it will direct credit to your Credit card "

"I will call u tomorrow & update the status"
