Undue demand

Sir,

i am surprised to see the latest statement of my credit card no.5239504320567426 of abn amro bank, which shows the total amount due 33, 417.10. Sir, i have never done any purchases by above said card. Previsiously i have also got the statements in this regard but i have talked to the customer care and their request no.099100100149 for the reversel of amounts.it was requested on 1.10.09, again 23.10.09, again 19.11.09 and finally 17.12.09. you are requested to reverse the amount and do the needful. regards savita nayyar.
