Unauthorized charges

I have purchased Tata Indica Xeta on Dec. 2008 and after six month Tata motor finance person informing me that there is on installment pending from your side, I cross checked the same and settled the matter, but now after more then one year I have recieved one letter that I have to Rs 8000 for the same again, for that I have contacted to customer care they are very very ill mannered people and do not know how to speak with customers. At this point of time I am confuss what to do and feeling like cheated by the Tata Motor Finance and also Rs.8000 I will not pay as there is no communication from Tata Motor Finance Side for more then one year, moreover I have already settle my dues in jan and having letter from secto18 noida branch. So, my request to Tata motors finance is that TATA is no.1 organization in India so plz.. do not make bad image of TATA, and stop cheating... plz... plz..., take c... a..r..e of u..r.. reputation.
