1) I (Hundi Lal Chaudhary) am a owner of a car HYUNDAI SANTRO, . Details of car are shown below:

(vi) Fuel Used: Petrol.

(vii) Registration Number: DL 3CQ 9942

2) The Car was insured with UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD., Divisional Office No. 15, D-8, 2nd Floor, C.S. Azad Marg, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.

3) Despite repeated chasing through telephone & in person, I have not been paid my insured money, Rupees One Lac (rs 1, 00, 000/-) till date by my insurer (UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD).

4) Non-payment of insured sum by UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD has resulted lot of hardship, time & money wastage and mental torture, therefore, M/S UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD is liable to pay me following sums to me;

Insurance Amount: Rs 1, 00, 000/-

Damages: Rs 30, 000/-

Interest @ 18% P.A.: Rs 72, 000/-

Total: 2, 02, 000/-(Rs Two Lacs Two Thousand only).

Kindly order UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD to pay me Rs 2, 02, 000/- as detailed above.
