my vehicle no up53y5797 under covour ur policy no-19097123110016060 got accident on 2-3 & infomed ur garage M/S car care Gorakhpur same day. Your surveyour Mr. Raghav appointed to take nessesary action & fomalities to help me. After 5-6 days he met me & told if u r going according to me, i passed total loss to your vehicle. I am a businessman, my moral can't allow such type of action than he told me that i will see you becouse i am the final authourity and are not about to know me, i am from ITAWAH- "I can, which i want " I SEE THAT WHO PASSED YOUR CLAIM WITHOUT MY CONCENT .

Sir, today when i call him to know about my vwhicle which was lying last 45 days with your garage he again threignten me and challange that if you want to sattle your claim you must come with my path. I request you firstly that you to change this person, who dammage the reputation & business

becouse the custmer service and satisfation is priority of the company
