EXCESS DEDUCTION OF EMI

Sir,

1. It is submitted that I took car loan worth Rs 2, 50, 000/- from SBI, Azmal khan Road, Karol Bagh Branch in the month of Feb this year. The rate of interest to be paid towards car loan was @ 8% at that time whereas the bank deducted @ 9% with the repayment of Ist 12 months @ Rs 7950/- and @ Rs 8030/- pm with the repayment of next 24 months vide State Bank of India, Azmal khan Road letter dated 15 Feb. Instead of Rs 7950/- pm the bank has statred deducting @ Rs 8200/-pm which is not understood.

2. In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter at you earliest please.
