Car loan settlement

I have borrowed carloan from hdfc bank. my loan acconnt no is 10034982. i have surrender my car on 25.03.2010 . The car number is MHO6 AB 7535 .But now i have issued warrant for the same stating that ur loan is not paid. but from your customer care stated that this loan account is cleared and ignore the warrant . our local policestation kharghar always trouble me for the same matter . and police tells that this is non belleble warrant. what is the matter, plz do the needful
