Twice deduction of EMI

I have taken a car loan through Tata Capital on the month of January. On 9th of every month they were supposed to deduct Rs 4752/- from my ICICI Bank account as ECS. But last two months they have deducted the money twice. On February they have deducted the money on 9th Feb as per schedule but on 15th Feb they have again deducted the money. After approaching the local Tata Capital office they have informed me that due to some technical error the amount has been deducted and the amount will be returned back soon. Although I got back the money after fifteen days but on the month of March the same thing has been repeated. On 9th March the deduction has been done as per schedule but on 10th March they have again deducted the money. Please help in this regard and solve the problem once and for all.
