CAR LOAN
EMI PAID OFF STILL INTERST PENDING

Whom so ever its concern,

This in reference to the to the car loan i took with hdfc in Zen lxi, chassis no - 733503, vehicle no DL9C F4665, the loan account no is - 426518.

In regards to the loan i took, i have given all the payments of the Emmi however for the emi i have given the cheque but got bounce many times as they were financial crises in my family because my husband got expired and i was handily everything of my own and was unemployed and taking care of my 3 children's.

However the collection Agent used to come to my place to collect the cash and i given all emi's late but in the same month by cash.

Now when i am asking for NOC the hdfc car loan officer are asking me to pay the interest for cheque return.

Been a widow will like to tell you that i am not able to make the payments as i am not working and any how i had paid all the emi's for the loan i took and there is no emi left to be paid now.

.

Its a kind of mental disturbance to me in personal as i have to pay some to bank till date.

Will request you give the waiver as i am not in the position to pay off anything now.

Its a request as i don't have any earning mode also now ..
