Non receipt of NOC

I have availed car loan and my loan No is LACHE00007826334. I have fully settled the loan and I requested for NOC for release of hypothication through your customer service on 3.10.2011. But the NOC and the relevant forms are yet to be received till date. When I Contacted your Nugambakkam Branch where I am having an SB account, they informed me that it will sent through courier only and will be charged if issued from the Branch. Since the loan is closed on 10.8.2011 how long I have to wait for the NOC for release of hypothication. Thuogh I have visited twice to your branch I am not able to get the letter. Why the branch is charging for the issue of NOC though there is no fault on my part. It is not fair on the part of the bank to ask the customer to run from pillar to post for the letter. Though I am one of the privileged customer according to the bank but the officer is unable to solve my problem, . Please look into the matter and advise your branch to issue the NOC letter with out any charge. Reply for the action taken may be mailed to me. ganesan@tasugars.in
