Showing arrear in the ecs

I have taken loan for car and my account no is CED7351313169 and amount for the emi is RS.6269/-per month i am paying emi through ecs after two years my account got changed to axis bank and before that telephonicall i informed to citi bank please send papers to me where i can changed my ecs account and in the mean time send some one to collect my emi but unfortunatly no body informed to ecs for the conversation which was going on through telephonically and i was also not aware for the same you can chack my record for paying emi it never get delayed i always asked to send to collect payment and no body from your office informed about re-start ecs and they put bouncing charges for the emi which was not delayed so please do the need full for the same i will be very thankfull to you.
