I have applied a car loan and later on got the car from car dealer. At the time of car delivery agent told that all the documents are OK.Unfortunately later on I got a SMS on 18.092010 that your ECS mandate is not OK and your premium has been bounced. Later on I went to our nearest ICICI branch at Sushant Lok Gurgaon, haryana branch and again applied for ECS mandate. Today ON 18.10.2010 again I got a SMS that your ECS mandate not recd. Kindly take up the matter and arrange to clear my discrepancy.

Why loan was sanctioed to me once the documents were not clear.

It is a clear cut harrasment for me.

PLEASE TAKE UP THIS MATTER ON TOP PRIORITY.
