Misbehaviour by accountant

Sir,

i am a account holder of carporation bank gama 1st, greater noida (u.p.) sir before some days i went to deposit money in this branch.and i asked the accountant of this bank to confirm the account no. then accountant saying in irritating mood "this is is not my work. u r illiterate u have no manner."
