Catholic Syrian Bank Online fund transfe

I made an online transfer for INR 25, 000 on 14th Feb from my State Bank of India a/c to a payee holding a/c in Catholic Syrian Bank, (CSB) Coimbatore. The fund has not been credited to the CSB a/c even after 30 Hrs. SBI has confirmed the NEFT transfer immediately but CSB is unable to even trace the transaction. Those dealing with the bank for online transfer beware!! In a country where several banks have been doing this for 10's of years it is a pity that a fairly reputed bank like CSB is unable to follow their footsteps. Let us hope their services will improve one day.. Ravindranath
