Good day

Yesterday i made payment of rs.495/- to www.valueresearchonline.com for mutual fund year book 2010 through my SBI debt card. following error code shown to me

CCAvenue Transaction Error Page

Error Code: 2030

Error Description: Declined Transaction, Database updation failed due to connection error

i did not receive any confirmation from ccavenue or valueresearchonline about received of payment but amount rs495/- debt from my bank account.

please help me to reemburse my money.
