Misinterpretation of money / cheating / false promise / misguiding

Dear Sir,

I was convinced/cheated by CD equisearch telecallers and Mr. Hussain (9566277786) - AVP Chennai to open an account with CD equisearch Chennai where they promised me that they will give me a profit of 1-2%. So I invested 25 thousand rupees and opened an Demat, MCX and other account as told by them.

But to my surprise with in 2 months the amount came down to 5 thousand.

Things to be highlighted are:

False Promise made by Telecallers of CD equisearch and Mr. Hussain and Mr. Shanmugam (9500199066) that they give a assured return of 1-2%.

Transaction has been made without my approval.

I dont know how they can access my account without my knowledge.

And finally SEBI has given license for them for trading.

I spoke to Mr. Hussain (9566277786) regarding this and he accepted his mistake that money has been misinterpreted and assured me to get back the principle amount of Rs. 25000. But again it was false promise because it is already 5 months and I havent received any positive response from him.

Guys beware of CD equisearch - its a big bogus company from my point of view. I am publishing this so that everybody will be aware of CD equisearch - Cheating technique and stay away from them and finally to get a good suggestion to recover my money at the earliest.

I am in the process of approaching consumer complaint court.
