GET RETURN BLANK SIGNED DEPOSIT CHEQUE

Dear Respected sir,

I have joined above company for stock market trading activity with written agreement for 5 years on cmmission baises.

I have given a blank signed cheque for security deposite purpose.

From January i have left the company bcause of weak market and i am not getting income for last 3 months.at the time of leave there was no any due from me but i have a receivable amount of Rs 60036/- from company and there is nothing mention in agreement regarding return of blank cheque. i had demanded from company from company management cheque and receivable amount but management has denied me.

i want to get back my blank cheque and receivablable amount Rs 60036/- from company. how i can get from company.
