ATM transaction

I am resident of mathura town. on the date 21-may i fill the entries for withdrawal of Rs 5, 000 from my branch ATM but in place of Rs 5, 000 machines withdraw only Rs 2, 500.At that time i complaint to brach manager they said it will recover in next 24 hrs but till 12-jan it not cleared. I so many complaint to the brach but there will be no result in my favour and they said u telling lie our system show full transaction...
