For not giving response

Hello sir,

I am abhimanyu arora from jodhpur. Two days back i visited central bank of India jalori gate jodhpur (rajasthan) for submitting a cheque in favour of income tax department. But everytime i went there the staff misguided me and were not replying me for my query, such an irritatig staff i havnt seen in my life, i think the goverment should take some action to avoid these difficulties which customers are facing.
