To issue me a duplicate ATM card

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that I have applied in Central Bank of India for issuing me a duplicate ATM Card due to the mishandling of my ATM card is now destroyed. and I am submitting a application along with my destroyed ATM card on 11.07.2011. but the branch of Central Bank of India is saying me that your request has been forwarded to the higher authorities and please wait. and i having wait for last two months. So I requested to give me the confirmation regarding my ATM Card on what date that i accept my card.
