I submitted new form immediately. after several round to bank they answered you will get very soon by post at last on 17.03.2011 Br. manager Mr. Dhawan after meeting told me to come tomorrow. On 18.03.2011 he told that there is no ATM card. ultimately he didn't give any satisfactory answer to me.
