Hi,

My name is Aman Sahni. I have an saving account with Central Bank Roorkke (Uttarakhand) Branch. I went in Noida Naya Bans branch today to transfer amount to my home branch account. As per latest policy of bank if there is amount of more than 25, 000 only then service charges will be applied to however cashier asked me Rs 28 as service charge. Further when i gave him Rs 100 note he speak very rudely and denied to give me change although having change.
