Ank staff is not performing well

Sir my name is rajesh kumar and i have an a/c in central bank of india aheripur, etawah, up.whenevr i go to the bank i have to troublesome in the bank first of staff is short in the bank.all the employee in the bank is not capable in performing their duty well perhaps they did not learn their work properly for duty.they do talk with the customer after 3'O clock they do not work because they do not know that how the woek done fast each and every customer of the bank is fade up with staff.

if one goes to deposit or withdrawl ones money from the bank he have to spend his whole day for this work.please consider this problem if possible...
