I am drawing Pension (central civil) through state bank of india, yellareddyguda branch, Hyderabd since 1997..

Presently I am living at Banghalore and I had submited the life certificate duly attested by the Br. manage, SBI, Ulsoor, Banglore-8... As my pension for

Nov. 2009 was not credited to my Pension account No.1027625777-5

(PPO No. 506729600146) I sent a Fax on 4-12.

As I am suffering financially, kindly instruct the SBI to credit my pension immediately
