Central civil pension through SBI/Kolkata ( 01505)
Non drawal of family pension

Dear Sir/s,

My husband Rathindra Kishore Roy who was a central civil pensioner of State Bank of India (01505), Southern Avenue Branch, Kolkata, (A/C No. 11074713924) expired on 26th June, this year. I applied for stopping of his pension on 26th July`10 but no action has been taken. I further applied (as reminder) for stopping of the same on 3rd September`10 but no action has been taken till date.

According to their word, I had to open a new pension a/c on 23rd July`10 (customer ID : 85829448416, a/c no. 31274027292, nature of a/c: SBCHQ-PEN-PUB IND-NONRURAL-INR) in favour of me but till date the management of this branch does not accept to collect my application regarding my family pension with all my valid documents.

In this condition, I am totally undone (my age is 78 years) to draw my family pension. I have no son to look after me, condition is such that it reflects a prolonged case for their non-capability and I have to suicide thereafter

Very recently in want of money.

I request your honour and humble prayer to look after the same and to punish these idiots and non working people of your organization.
