Resoration of commuted amount in my original pension

Please note that as per section:2 "details of pension" I commuted a fraction of my pension amount during my retirement on 29.02.1996 and the commuted portion shall stand restored from 01.03.2011. As such I applied for restoring the commuted portion in my original pension amount with effect from 01.03.2011.

Till date no action taken againt this prayer.

I am a celebral stroke patient and need money for my treatment. Hope you will do the needful on topmost priority and oblige
