Lost money in ATM machine

subject: lost of money in ATM machine on 03-04

this is chandra kumar G having HDFC account holder (yellahanka, bangalore) and my account no:03711050038185. on the day of 03-04 i lost my money of 5000 rupees while i am taking cash through another bank ATM, details of the ATM is ANDHRA BANK, T.DASARAHALLI.BANGALORE. transaction was not posible as due to some problem and i tried 2 times 2500 rupees each time and i did not recieved any money on that time ATM shows transaction failed but the money has been deducted from my account and the details are below.
