This is to complain about wrongful entry of Meter Reading, thereby making the school authority to pay excess amount for the units not consumed. This is going on since last few months.

While trying to submit the aforesaid complaint @ CESC website, the intended web page did not open. Other links of power theft and Supply off complaints are working fine which instigates a consumer to doubt that, this is done by the company deliberately, to avoid inconvenience.
