Really Am fed up with IOB customer service. I Lodged a complaint on 13th of August 09 regarding that My AMount Rs 2800 is wrongly debited from DENA ATM, in Aminjikarai. Transaction Slip Show that "Transaction Failed" So i Left the transaction Slip in that bank itself. Once I Check with Other ATM to With drawn its Show Debited.
So I went to IOB, ADYAR branch, Chennai-Am having account in this branch only.they said amount will credit in 21 days as far as i didnt receive any amount. After that also i went to bank directly i asked, they telling we having many complaints regarding this so we will check & credit in 4 days.
Days are went still now Amount not recredited to my account. They Given Complaint Number For Me:0909081.
Am earning in small company tell me sir, how can i lead my daily Life. really very very poor response & service sir. If I call & ask them means they telling to come to bank directly, how many times i will go their & lodge complaint sir..
Why am forwarding to your notice. this is consumer complaints so you people can do need for Us...
So Please Recredit this amount...
Do Need for me...
