Sir,

my brother’s wife smt. suman devi widow expired on 25/11, after her death her two minor girls living with me as only one / me alive relative.

Sir, I have informed all situation to br. manager mr. g.r.chandak & b.l. meena & asked for help / procedure that how can we get amount left in her a/c, either by ATM or by cash . asstt. manager b.l. meena taken ATM Card & refered to br. manager mr. g.r. chandak .he told for payment by fulfilling surety & indemnity formalityes.

Sir, I have completed all due formaltyes but br. manager g.r. chandak is not releasing payment.

Sir I also requested to return ATM CARD so that her daughter / I can withdraw required amount simpally, but they are not returning ATM CARD .

Sir I had to spent > rs. 20000 wastfully due to mis guidance & non cooperation by b.l.meena & g.r. chandak (KUM-Nimbahera) & 7-8 time rounds from Rawat Bhata –to Nimbahera Car fare, time / leave / court / notary / Advocates fees etc.

Sir I request you to order b.l. meena / g.r. chandak to return ATM CARD / payment, otherwise I would have to go for court proceedings against harashment to sc/st personnels

Kindly consider my matter sympathically & order for payment
