I had placed an order with Kolkata Online Florist a week ago and they never sent my order to my sister. It was for Rakhi and supposed to get there by Augsut 2nd. i am frustrated and it's very bad customer service. you can't call them or email them. The website won't allow you to send an email. My order no. HKOF-28072​01218819.
