Cheating by Builder
Selling the same flat to more people

I have booked the flat and got it registered at Registration office. Paid all the amount on time to builder and having receipts. Builder has sold the same flat to other people and they have managed to get bank loan on my flat. They have also got registered the flat at registration office to get the loan. Their name is not existing in the list given by builder to society. Builder has given me possession letter also. Now the Bank is trying to recover loan by attaching my flat against which loan has been paid. Now what is the procedure so that Bank want attach my flat.
