DOCUMENTS NOT DELIVERD TILL DATE

ICICI BANK & SHAREKHAN LIMITED both had sent very important documents by speed post on 15/10 from BANGALORE & on 29/10 from MUMBAI respectively to my permanent address village-RADHAMADHABPUR, post-MANIHARA, dist-PURULIA, pin-723168, WEST BENGAL, INDIA. Today it is 20/11 but the both packet has not yet been delivered. As per India Post, Speed post ID nos are EK508362199IN & EM061933540IN respectively. I tried to contact the postal department at Kolkata, Delhi, Asansol as well as the Mumbai office but as usual, no body picked up the phone.

I also tried to e-mail (e-mail ID found from web site) but bounce back.

I want my packets to be delivered immediately without further delay.
