I am very unsatisfied for the service given by your one of the Executive in LOAN dept. Mr. suresh and balana nagar branch loan office in Hyderabad

I am working in Chempharm india pvt.ltd hyderabad . clean room projects and a/c ventilation mfg.Co. having 60 employees since last 12 yrs. this account manting from last 4 Years and my salary about 45000 per month.

I was visited in HDFC Bank in 13-mar-10 for the Personal loan of Rs.3 Lac. On that time, Mr.surash told your loan elgibity upto Rs 3 lac. and to bring 2 PP size PHOTO, Residence Proof, ID Proof, Last 3 months Bank statement & 3 months Salary Slip. O.K.

Then I was 2nd time visited with all documents in this Bank on16-mar-10. your loan had been processed within 5 days you will get money . after my flow up he told on 18-mar-10 we can give loan only 75 thousand for you.

sir plz. feedback and i want close my account from your hdfc bank.
