Cheque clearance issue

Cheque is not cleared so for i dropped it on 25th march at Vakola (Santa cruz east Mumbai) branch of SBI. Cheque blongs to ING vysya bank Banglore branch. My account belongs to SBI Indore (old palasiya branch). SBI Vakola branch employee is saying that cheque is in Banglore and not returned Banglore branch employee is saying we didn't received any cheque. How can i know my cheque detail and its status. Whether it is missing in between? Your help will be highly appreciated.
